'Friday With Frank' Returns to WWDB -- 96.5 FM -- Bigger and Better Than Ever.

"Friday with Frank," featuring the music of the Chairman of the Board plus Sid's personal anecdotes as well as fascinating insights on Sinatra's remarkable career, begins Friday, Nov. 6, at 5:00 p.m. The show will now air weekly from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

"Friday with Frank" with Sid Mark aired on WWDB, Philadelphia for 43 years, making it the longest continuous running radio show in America until it was moved to Saturday Night last year. Jim Casale, WWDB program director, comments, "I grew up in New Jersey listening to 'Friday with Frank.' It was part of my youth, it's a tradition...I am a big fan."

Casale continues, "Sinatra belongs on Friday nights. It's perfect for people who are leaving work and starting their weekends."

The return of "Friday with Frank" was the direct result of WWDB listener feedback. WWDB General Manager Dan Sullivan For other uses, see Dan Sullivan (disambiguation).
Daniel "Dan" Sullivan was a fictional character in the popular BBC soap Opera EastEnders. He was played by Craig Fairbrass.
 hosted a program with Casale last month and solicited comments from WWDB listeners. Casale said, "We received hundreds of letters, faxes, calls and e-mails from passionate WWDB listeners. Bringing back the weekly Philadelphia tradition, 'Friday with Frank' was a popular suggestion."

As Frank Sinatra used to say to Sid Mark after his many "Friday with Frank" anniversaries, "Keep doing it Sid until you get it right."

Sid Mark will continue his "Sunday Sunday: see Sabbath; week.  with Sinatra" show on WWDB, airing Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
