'Emmy Experience' Attendees to Mingle With the Celebrities.

It was released for the Sega consoles, Mega Drive/Genesis and Master System, and Sega's handheld, Game Gear.  Medal winner Bob Seagren; Wilmer Valderama, That 70s star; and several other celebrities will be among those taking part in the Emmy Experience, sponsored by the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission (LASEC) on Sunday, September 12.

Nearly 1,000 people are expected to participate in the Emmy Experience, which includes attending the 51st Annual Prime-Time Emmy Awards, live at the Shrine Auditorium on the 12th, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., followed by the exclusive, black-tie LASEC Post-Emmy party featuring a live performance by McCain. This is the first time the public is being admitted to the Emmys.

According to Kathy Schloessman, LASEC president, "A few ticket packages -- at $300 each -- still remain and can be purchased from LASEC by calling 213/236-2361. The package includes a walk down the red carpet entrance at the Emmys and the LASEC Post-Emmy Party; and, transportation to and from a downtown hotel to the Shrine Auditorium."

The LASEC Post-Emmy party will be held at the 7th + Fig complex in downtown Los Angeles Downtown Los Angeles is the central business district of Los Angeles, California, located close to the geographic center of the metropolitan area. The sprawling, multi-centered megacity is such that its downtown core is often considered just another district like Hollywood or , a short distance from the Shrine Auditorium. The site will be transformed into a true Hollywood setting and will be a celebration of television. After attending the Emmys, guests will be transported to the party where they'll enjoy a red-carpet welcome, complete with klieg lights, music and celebrity greeters.

The popular Edwin McCain and his band will perform at the party. A special "Restaurant Row" will feature food from many of the finest restaurants in Los Angeles, including Camacho's Cantina can·ti·na
