Brisbane (Queensland, Australia), Aug.14 (ANI): Former Bundaberg surgeon Dr. Jayant Patel Jayant Mukundray Patel (born April 10, 1950) is a surgeon who found himself at the centre of a scandal in early 2005 when he was accused of gross incompetence while working at Bundaberg Base Hospital in Queensland, Australia.  a.k.a.
