'Cuffs' star tells mum he's sorry; CRASH.

 has met the mum of the tragic Peak brothers to apologise for his shameful handcuffs gesture.

She added: "He was nice and told me he was sorry for the upset he'd caused. It was just a moment of madness.

"We forgive him now and if we can forgive then everyone else can."

Norris, 27, previously denied he was making a handcuffs sign. But he admitted it to Amanda.

McCormick had been at Norris's wedding the night before his Range Rover hit a car carrying the boys.

The FA may still bring charges against Norris.
