'Changes' to the Top Of The UK Charts; Ozzy and Kelly Osbourne Land At #1 On The UK Singles Charts Giving Ozzy, Kelly and Sanctuary Records Their First #1 Single.

Sanctuary Records Sanctuary Records is a record label based in the United Kingdom and a subsidiary of Universal Records.[1] Until June 2007, it was the largest independent record label in the UK and the largest independent music management company in the world.  is pleased to announce that Kelly Osbourne alongside her father, Ozzy, have landed at number 1 on the UK Singles Chart with their duet of the Black Sabbath Black Sabbath are an English heavy metal band from Birmingham. The original band line up of Ozzy Osbourne (vocals), Tony Iommi (guitar), Terence "Geezer" Butler (bass), and Bill Ward (drums) is the same as the current line up (2007) although there have been many shifts of personnel  classic, "Changes."
