Like many attractions at the Ventura County Fair, Haigler's model railroad display - one of the fair's most popular exhibits - was a work in progress last week as fair officials scrambled to prepare Seaside Park in Ventura for the fair's opening day on Wednesday. ``It's one of our biggest draws,'' exhibit superintendent Bob Stultz said of the trains. ``Kids - and adults - line up to watch them.''
