'Blight' man jailed.A SEX offender sex offender n. generic term for all persons convicted of crimes involving sex, including rape, molestation, sexual harassment and pornography production or distribution. was told he had blighted a girl's childhood as he was jailed for 30 months. Mr Justice Pitchford jailed 51-year-old Christopher Stone Major Christopher Reynolds Stone, D.S.O., M.C. (19 September 1882- 22 May 1965) was the first disc jockey in the United Kingdom. He was educated at Eton College and served in the Royal Fusiliers. after he was convicted of taking indecent photographs, and engaging in and inciting sexual activity with a child. Mr Justice Pitchford told him: "You have blighted her teenage years and her relationships have been affected." Stone, of Torridge Road, Bettws, admitted part of the offending but forced the girl to testify on some details. He will remain on the sex offenders' register for life. |
