She was childless until age 90. BARDON A PUB was in hot water yesterday for claiming alcohol "can lead to social, sporting or business success". Campaign group Mature Enjoyment Of Alcohol In Society said the Home Nightclub in Balbriggan, Co Dublin, was encouraging binge drinking. A large banner outside the premises showed two women drinking, with photographers surrounding one of the girls. The text read: "F*** me, I'm famous." An Independent Complaints Panel also found the nightclub's Bebo page "could encourage illegal, irresponsible or immoderate im·mod·er·ate adj. Exceeding normal or appropriate bounds; extreme: immoderate spending; immoderate laughter. See Synonyms at excessive. consumption". |
