'BABES' DAD CLEAR.Byline: EUAN STRETCH THE father of a girl killed in one of Britain's most notorious unsolved murder cases has been cleared of conspiracy to rape her. Barrie Fellows, 59, and family friend Dougie Judd, 44, were arrested in April in connection with allegations of sexual offences involving Nicola Fellows in the 1980s. They were released from police bail yesterday. Mr Fellows told the Mirror last night: "I am totally relieved, but never had any doubts that this would be the case."
