'Armchair' Oaks win for Lemaire; FRENCH OAKS: RACING IN BRIEF.THE red-hot run of trainer Jean-Claude Rouget and jockey Christophe Lemaire continued as Stacelita bolted up in the Prix de Diane The Prix de Diane is a Group 1 flat horse race in France for three-year-old thoroughbred fillies at Chantilly Racecourse. The race is run annually on the second Sunday in June and is competed at a distance of 2,100 metres (approximately 1 mile 2½ furlongs). (French Oaks) at Chantilly. Settled in second behind the pace-setting Onega Lake, Lemaire had an armchair ride all the way and his mount's acceleration was stunning when he pressed the button just inside the two pole.
