It was formed on the 25th March 1970 at Connaught Barracks in Dover through the amalgamation of the two , manhandling six of the detainees. The hooded prisoners, their hands bound with plastic, whimper as Cpl Payne stands over one of them and yells: "Get up you f****** ape, now. Get up now." The inquiry was adjourned until today.
