 she was in Florida to help her parents deal with flood conditions and went to a restaurant where she had two glasses of wine. She said she was fiddling with a GPS system near the windshield when the trooper spotted her.

"My attorney is dealing with it ... it's an unfortunate thing that happened," she said. Wente has managed KWMU since 1989.
