'Afro-optimism' is called for.


Many developing country governments are making important gains in the control of corruption, some of them matching rich country performance in overall governance measures, says this year's Worldwide Governance Indicators Based on a long-standing research program of the World Bank, the Kaufmann-Kraay-Mastruzzi Worldwide Governance Indicators capture six key dimensions of governance (Voice & Accountability, Political Stability and Lack of Violence, Government Effectiveness, Regulatory Quality, Rule  (WGI WGI World Games Inc
