At the hearing on the suspension of her license, held Thursday, Waxman said in his ruling that Anderson offered neither evidence nor arguments on her behalf.

``There can be little question that respondent aided and abetted Saldivar in his crimes,'' he concluded. ``This case is an extraordinary example of grounds for suspension ...
