'42ND STREET' OPENS TONIGHT.Byline: Daily News LANCASTER - Theatergoers can experience the thrill of being a part of a Broadway show in the making when the musical ``42nd Street'' debuts tonight at the Lancaster Performing Arts Center A performing arts center, often abbreviated PAC, is a multi-use performance space that can be adapted for use by various types of the performing arts, including dance, music and theatre. .
