''Ultimate Protection'': Challenger(R) Introduces ProTech Service and Support Program Making the Decision to Own a Challenger even easier.

DULUTH, Ga. -- Challenger continues to be one of the leading innovators in the ag machinery business with the launch of the new ProTech Service and Support program available only at your local CAT dealer. Already one of the most reliable and productive lines of machinery available, Challenger is making the decision to own a Challenger even easier.

Customers who purchase or lease a qualifying Challenger tractor or combine between January 1 and December 31, 2006, will be automatically enrolled in Challenger's new ProTech Service and Support Program, which includes a valuable four-year extended powertrain warranty and much more at no additional cost.

New Challenger tractors Challenger is part of the AGCO Corporation and was formed when AGCO bought Caterpillar's agricultural tractor business in 2001. The program also includes a new "Machine Down" loaner program, which is available at participating dealers.

"Our goal is simple," Griffin says. "We want to keep our customers up and running. Caterpillar dealers have always been a cut above the competition in service, support and product expertise. Now, Cat dealers are taking agricultural equipment to a whole new level with the ProTech Service and Support Program."

As a provision of the "Machine Down" loaner program, Challenger and participating Cat dealers will offer a loaner machine in the event an eligible Challenger tractor or combine becomes inoperable inoperable /in·op·er·a·ble/ (in-op´er-ah-b'l) not susceptible to treatment by surgery.

, Cat dealers remain committed to keeping downtime to a minimum.

Cat dealers are second to none in on-location service with more mobile service trucks loaded with more diagnostic equipment than most repair shops. Plus, their factory trained technicians work as hard at preventing problems as they do at repairing them.

"ProTech is not a short-term promotion," Griffin stresses. "It's another step in an on-going, long-term relationship between Challenger owners and the Caterpillar dealers. No other company in agriculture can deliver the quality service and support offered by the legendary Caterpillar dealer network. And the new ProTech program will help Cat dealers build an even stronger bond of trust with Challenger customers."

It's little wonder Challenger is the fastest-growing brand of farm equipment in North America. That is particularly true among the 1000+ acre row crop and larger livestock producers who can least afford costly downtime.
