''Stepping Out'' Conference Offers Women a Day to Learn about Finance, Health and Wellness.

) announced today that a new three-city women's conference series, "Stepping Out: A Day of Finance, Fitness and Fashion," will debut April 29, 2006, in the Chicago area with an event taking place at the Donald E. Stephens Conference Center. Prudential is the presenting sponsor. "It's important that women feel confident about their physical health, as well as their financial health and overall well-being," said Dr. DuPree. "Providing them with the information, techniques and tools to build knowledge and confidence is at the heart of the Stepping Out concept."

The event will also showcase and offer financial support to the Chicago Foundation for Women, a non-profit organization located in Chicago that roots its work in three principles of women's rights The effort to secure equal rights for women and to remove gender discrimination from laws, institutions, and behavioral patterns.
