New Visual Corporation (OTCBB:NVEI) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, NV Entertainment, has concluded the filming of the full-length feature surfing movie, Liquid (working title). Planned for release by the Company to both domestic and international audiences this Summer, Liquid was produced and directed by Dana and Bruce Brown, whose credits include The Endless Summer and The Endless Summer II - films that collectively generated over $120 million in gross revenues, to date.

Pursuant to the terms of the joint venture agreement, New Visual will receive the first $2.25 million in revenues to recover its investment and then 50% of the net earnings thereafter.

According to the International Surfing Association, the exciting and often misunderstood sport of surfing is populated by over 17 million professional and amateur athletes in 70 countries. Liquid endeavors to capture the extreme and the sublime nature of the sport in locations around the world noted for big waves and exotic natural beauty. Since last Fall, several popular surfing publications have been reporting on Liquid's film production progress, including Surfer, Carve, The Surfer's Path, Wahine, Surfing Video Magazine, and articles on Swell.com, among others.
