On January 23, the Commonwealth Club and co-sponsor the Asia Society -- hosts His Excellency Thinley for keynote and questions as part of its Asia Pacific Affairs Forum at the Club offices, 595 Market Street, San Francisco. A reception begins at 5:30 p.m., followed by the program at 6:00 p.m. Reservations are recommended.
