''Extreme Makeover: Home Edition'' Designer Michael Moloney to Appear in CaesarStone's Booth at K/BIS; Star of Hit ABC Show to Greet Crowd, Sign Autographs and Discuss Interior Design.

SUN VALLEY, Calif. -- Quartz countertop manufacturer CaesarStone announces the appearance of celebrity designer Michael Moloney, from ABC's popular "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition," at the Kitchen/Bath Industry Show & Conference (K/BIS) in Las Vegas. Moloney will sign autographs, pose for photos and share his passion for interior design in CaesarStone's booth #3957 on Tuesday, May 10, from 2:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

As the designer in charge of interiors and glamour on "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition," Moloney plays a major role in the complete renovation of the chosen family's run-down home. Each week, the "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" cast and team of 100 workers have seven days to complete a project that would normally take four months to achieve. Each makeover brings great happiness to the deserving families, which have included: A couple expecting triplets, eight children who had just lost their parents, and an entire community whose homes were flooded during a hailstorm.

Twelve years ago, the Palos Verdes, Calif. native set out to combine his love of shopping and knowledge of design to create a new type of antique store in Redondo Beach, Calif. The store, Le Garage, combines vintage treasures found at flea markets all over the country, new accessories and giftware. Moloney's eclectic, fresh approach to decorating took off. A few years later he opened Maison Luxe in Manhattan Beach, Calif., taking the original look to the next level by providing all things luxurious from France and Italy, where he travels several times a year.
