OVERVIEW: Your Music Channel Television (YMCtv) is filming several
Nashville-based artists for its flagship "City Sessions"
TV show appearing this fall on DISH Network. Artists are
recording full-length albums while the performances are
filmed in high-definition for upcoming "City Sessions"
episodes. The artists receive a DVD that they can use to
market themselves; it's a recording that independent
artists typically could not afford to produce or
distribute on their own. Nashville media are invited to
hear the bands, interview show executives and take a sneak
peek at "City Sessions Nashville."
