''Cell Phones Gone Wild'': WAAT Media and Mantra Films Sign Exclusive Mobile Agreement.

LOS ANGELES -- Mantra Films, the producer of globally recognized Home Video and Television brands including Girls Gone Wild (GGW) and WAAT Media, the leading mobile publisher of late night entertainment, sign exclusive worldwide licensing agreement granting to Waat the right to package, market and distribute wireless wallpapers, games and video programming.

Under the new agreement, WAAT Media will develop mobile Wireless programming around Girls Gone Wild, the pop culture phenomenon created by capturing adventurous, beautiful young women against settings such as Mardi Gras, Spring Break, and on college campuses. Over the past few years the product has been featured on Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show, Access Hollywood, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Entertainment Tonight, FOX News, Mad TV, VH1, Maury, Extra, CNN and "The Howard Stern Show."
