`WE NEED WHEELIE BINS' JUST one in seven Echo readers think the war against litter is being won. Out of those who phoned our poll, only 13 per cent thought the streets of Cardiff have been cleaned up in the last year. We asked for your views one year on from the launch of thge Keep Cardiff Tidy campaign. Here are some of the text message replies we received on the subject...
