`The Vinny' Launches Web Site and CBS Sportsline Promotion.NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--June 23, 1999-- The Vinny, Vince Gill's star-studded Aug. 2nd and 3rd Pro-Celebrity tournament for Tennessee junior golf, has launched a web site at www.thevinny.com to provide player commitments, facts, trivia and updated information. The Vinny also has an on-line presence via a promotion with CBS (Cell Broadcast Service) See cell broadcast. Sportsline (www.sportsline.com), one of the most popular sports news sites on the Internet. From the contest area of the CBS Sportsline, users can register for a trip for two to The Vinny in the year 2000. Promotion prizes also include complete Vince Gill To comply with Wikipedia's lead section guidelines, it should be expanded. CD collections and Vinny golf hats autographed by Gill. Live Internet and radio feeds will be provided by CBS Sportsline from the Golf Club of Tennessee, annual site of The Vinny.
