"The Simple Life of Noah Dearborn" is the first made-for-television production by Trimark Pictures. The film was executive produced by Trimark's Mark Amin Mark Amin is an American motion picture producer and distributor.

Amin formed Vidmark Entertainment in the early 1980's which handled mainly video releases, and was a pioneer in home video entertainment. In 1985, Amin changed the name of Vidmark to Trimark Holdings Inc.

"The Simple Life of Noah Dearborn" averaged a 13.7/22 in households, 6.1/15 in adults 18-49, 7.8/18 in adults 25-54 and approximately 20.8 million viewers, easily topping part one of NBC's "The Hunt for the Unicorn Killer" mini-series (8.3/13) and ABC's "20/20" (7.2/11) and "The Practice" (9.9/16).

The May 9 broadcast of "The Simple Life of Noah Dearborn" was the most-watched program on television for the night. The film beat all programming in its time slot and increased both rating points and market shares for lead-in programming ("60 Minutes" and "Touched By An Angel"). The Trimark-produced tele-film led CBS to a ratings win during the most heavily watched May Sweeps evening this season.

Final ratings will be available on Tuesday.
