But ``South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut'' is also a clever and highly topical parody of post-Columbine kid-culture paranoia that has theater owners promising to police customers while electronics companies scramble to place program-blocking chips in TV sets. Every penny of the film's $14.50 budget is up there on the screen. ``Bigger, Longer'' is raunchy raun·chy adj. raun·chi·er, raun·chi·est Slang 1. a. Obscene, lewd, or vulgar: "[He] , outrageous entertainment for adults, thanks to those perfectly realized musical numbers and an approach that holds nothing sacred and everyone and everything - from Winona Ryder to the military - up for good-natured lowbrow ridicule. But like the Terrence and Philip movie, ``South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut'' is definitely not for kids.
