`SMALL-TOWN' EVENT TO REVIEW 20TH CENTURY.Byline: Patricia Farrell Aidem Staff Writer ``The Century in Review'' is the theme of Santa Clarita's big Fourth of July Fourth of July, Independence Day, or July Fourth, U.S. holiday, commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence. Celebration of it began during the American Revolution. Parade, a small-town-style event oblivious to the big city growth surrounding it.
