`SHAKY, UNKEMPT' MAN ROBS T.O. BANK.

A man described by authorities as ``shaky and unkempt'' robbed the Coast Federal Bank on Thursday morning of an undisclosed amount of cash and got away on a bicycle, the Ventura County Sheriff's Department The Ventura County Sheriff's Department (VCSD) provides law enforcement for the unincorporated areas of Ventura County, California, USA, as well as several cities within the county. The cities that VCSD serves are Camarillo, Fillmore, Moorpark, Ojai, and Thousand Oaks.  said.

 Drive about 11:50 a.m. and handed a teller TELLER. An officer in a bank or other institution. He is said to take that name from tallier, or one who kept a tally, because it is his duty to keep the accounts between the bank or other institution and its customers, or to make their accounts tally.  a note demanding cash, authorities said.

After the teller complied, the robber put the money in a black fanny-pack and pedaled away on a dark-color bicycle.

He was last seen riding into The Oaks mall parking lot, across the street from the bank, authorities said. The bicycle was found later in the area, but the suspect remained at large. No one was injured in·jure

The robber was described as a white male age 30 to 40 years old, with red-brown hair, standing about 5-feet-7-inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds.
