`NATURE': 25 YEARS OF WILD BEHAVIOR.

Byline: - David Kronke

``Nature,'' PBS' acclaimed wildlife series, celebrates its 25th anniversary with ``The Best of Nature -- 25 Years,'' a brisk and entertaining compendium of the show's sex-and-violence money shots.

Hosted by Lynn Sherr Lynn Sherr (born 4 March 1942) is an American broadcast journalist and author, best known as a correspondent for the ABC news magazine 20/20.

Much of the special is visually spectacular, particularly the hypnotic display of undulating waves of African finches descending on crops. Some of it is violent in a shield-your-kids'-eyes fashion. And some of it is simply moving, as with the saga of a 73-year-old man sneaking back into New Orleans New Orleans (ôr`lēənz –lənz, ôrlēnz`), city (2006 pop. 187,525), coextensive with Orleans parish, SE La., between the Mississippi River and Lake Pontchartrain, 107 mi (172 km) by water from the river mouth; founded  after Hurricane Katrina Editing of this page by unregistered or newly registered users is currently disabled due to vandalism.  to rescue his best friend in the world, his pet cat.
