`MOST WANTED' HARDLY NEEDED.

Byline: Chris Hewitt Chris Hewitt is a sound engineer, manager and entrepreneur best known for his contributions to the British music industry, particularly in the North West of England , specifically Rochdale, and in particular his close association with the cult rock band Tractor.  Knight-Ridder Tribune News Wire

``Most Wanted Most Wanted may refer to:
  • Lists used by law enforcement agencies to alert the public, such as the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives and FBI Most Wanted Terrorists
  • America's Most Wanted, a U.S.
.''

Could the title be more generic? More importantly, could the movie?

I think not. It's one of those ``Fugitive'' knockoffs with an innocent guy who can't go to the cops until he figures out who really did it. The fauxgitive in this case is Keenen Ivory Wayans Keenen Ivory Wayans (born June 8, 1958 in New York City, New York) is an American actor, comedian, director and writer best known as the host and creator of the FOX sketch comedy series In Living Color , a marksman who is set up for the murder of the first lady and goes underground. While he's there, he seeks the truth with the help of a doctor played by Jill Hennessy, who cannot say hello without sounding phony.

Twice. (For instance, Wayans' mug is on ``wanted'' posters throughout L.A., yet he continues to wander around with his big ol' shiny head sticking out - has this man not heard of wigs?)

And is there no one in Jon Voight's life who likes him well enough to tell him that he cannot do accents? This is his fourth bad accent of the year (Southern, I'm thinking, but don't quote me Don't Quote Me uses quotations in a line of board games as well as online for resource purposes. But forget about the fact that ``Most Wanted'' is unbelievable. We don't ask for this kind of movie to be realistic. All we ask for is a few clever moments when something happens and we say, ``Oh, of course. That makes sense.'' Nothing in ``Most Wanted'' comes anywhere near making sense.
