`MEN IN BLACK' FINDS TV HOME VIA $50 MILLION PACT WITH NBC.

HBO examines `Malignancy': HBO has optioned pay-TV movie rights for a manuscript about alleged fraud at one of the country's largest for-profit health-care chains. ``The Columbia Malignancy'' was written by Marc Gardner. The former manager at three Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corp. hospitals was the subject of a Wall Street Journal story on the issue that has been reported in The New York Times and other publications and is the subject of an upcoming story on ABC's ``20/20.''
