Cindy Williams (born August 22 1947) is an American actress best known for starring in the television situation-comedy series Laverne & Shirley, in the role of the eponymous Shirley Feeney.
, reports that plans for a big-screen version of the series are proceeding - and that the vintage sitcom will be featured on Nick at Nite. ``So, we're having ourselves a revival,'' he declares.

No one in the Marshall family will direct the film, it's been decided. ``I've got two other movies to do. Penny, I think, wants to sit in the hair and makeup chair for a change,'' says Garry, who'll serve as a consultant on the feature. A script has been completed. Meetings are taking place with Paramount about the project. And, as it stands now, Penny and Cindy will be back before long playing Laverne and Shirley.

The baby was just 3 months old and she was still nursing.''

Once on dry land, the Thomases hired six teachers to keep the education of their brood moving forward and ``turned the living room of our rental house into a schoolroom.'' He looks back on the stay as ``an exciting adventure, nice to make a commitment to spend that much time in a pollution-free environment. The kids loved it, and nobody killed anybody.'' With his elder son away at college, Richard finds himself quite outnumbered these days, ``except for this thimble thimble,
