`GREEN' PROGRAM TOPIC FOR LUNCHEON.

PALMDALE -- Three representatives of the Mojave Environmental Education Consortium will talk about student environmental education at the Antelope Valley This article is about the Los Angeles County region. For the census-designated place in Wyoming, see Antelope Valley-Crestview, Wyoming.

 Board of Trade luncheon.

The luncheon will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Cascades restaurant, 3905 Ranch Club Drive, Palmdale.

Under the umbrella of the California Regional Environmental Community, MEEC MEEC Midwest Ecology and Evolution Conference
MEEC Mennonite Elementary Education Council
 is designed to link teachers with resources to improve the environmental literacy of California's students.

The group puts on presentations for students in kindergarten through high school and sponsors science fairs and career days.

Speakers will be Cheryl Bennett of the Mojave Desert Mojave or Mohave Desert, c.15,000 sq mi (38,850 sq km), region of low, barren mountains and flat valleys, 2,000 to 5,000 ft (610–1,524 m) high, S Calif.; part of the Great Basin of the United States.  Air Quality Management District; Michael Haro, environmental resources manager at Lockheed Martin For the former company, see .
