`GARDEN' RIPE FOR THE LISTENING.Byline: Jane Sumner Dallas Morning News ``Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil,'' by John Berendt, read by Jeff Woodman; Recorded Books, 11 cassettes, 15-1/4 hours, unabridged: If there's anyone out there who hasn't read this runaway nonfiction best seller, this is a good way (and time) to see what the New Yorker calls ``a work of art.''
