destruction of property, intimidation of a witness and assault and battery. Bilodeau was also placed under two abuse prevention orders and required to remain drug and alcohol free should he post bail. Upon processing at the Worcester County House of Correction, the federal cap came into play and Bilodeau's bail was knocked down to $100.

Bilodeau was required to check in with the probation officials at Clinton District Court on a daily basis. Despite being released earlier this week, he did not check in until Friday. To make matters worse for himself, a probation official said Bilodeau had been drinking and came up positive for alcohol via a Breath-a-lyzer test.

While probation officials went into the clerk's office to file paperwork documenting Bilodeau's violation, Bilodeau made a quick getaway, running down the court house stairs to the first floor and out the front door. Had he stayed, he would have been placed into custody for failure to comply with bail and sent to the House of Correction, according to a probation official. A default warrant was issued for Bilodeau and he is now subject to arrest by any law enforcement officer who may cross his path.
