`CLEAN TEAM' HITS STREETS : SUMMER JOB PROGRAM FOCUSES ON TRASH, GRAFFITI.

A week ago, he was home, bored. Friday he was earning $5 an hour cleaning up his community.

``It's hot, but this is good work,'' Loy said, dabbing at his head with a gloved hand.

Loy is one of 25 teen-agers on a work crew assembled by New Directions for Youth, which is providing the five-week summer jobs through a $35,000 grant provided through Anheuser-Busch.

``The Clean Team'' hits the streets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Youth selected for the program were judged on essays and their scholastic records, said Joe Jackson There are several people named Joe Jackson:

Sandra Arriaga, 15, of Panorama City, applied for work to stay busy between semesters at Pacific Palisades Palisades, cliffs along the west bank of the Hudson River, NE N.J. and SE N.Y., extending from N of Jersey City, N.J., to the vicinity of Piermont, N.Y., with a general altitude of from 350 ft to 550 ft (107–168 m).  High School - and to punctuate punc·tu·ate
