`Back in the Saddle'.Twelve-year-old Kalynn Riether has been riding since she was three. She learned about therapeutic riding on the Internet Internet Publicly accessible computer network connecting many smaller networks from around the world. It grew out of a U.S. Defense Department program called ARPANET (Advanced Research Projects Agency Network), established in 1969 with connections between computers at the , but she was disappointed that her mother, Dr. Anne Marie Riether, needs two side walkers to accommodate her balance problems when she rides. "That's like being a two-year-old," Kalynn complained. "I want my mother to feel free."
