`BULLETPROOF' TOP GUN AT BOX OFFICE.


The crime comedy ``Bulletproof Refers to extremely stable hardware and/or software that cannot be brought down no matter what unusual conditions arise. See industrial strength.

``Tin Cup'' was second with $4.8 million, followed by ``First Kid'' with $4.3 million and ``A Time to Kill'' with $3.9 million, industry sources said Sunday.

``The Spitfire Grill'' was fifth with $3.6 million, while ``Independence Day'' took in $2.9 million for sixth to top the $285 million mark in its 10th week of release.
