That's how watching ``Body Shots'' feels. It begins with four glib, attractive women and four glib, attractive men who are about to pair off during a drunken night at the club. But it takes a nasty turn when one of the women accuses one of the men of rape. You can see what ``Body Shots'' is trying to do and, in fact, it succeeds for a while. But, infuriatingly, ``Body Shots'' doesn't have the courage of its convictions. It wants to show us that sexual equality has made sex confusing, but it's not willing to risk the un-p.c. suggestion that some date-rape accusations are invented, and it gets fuzzy as it nears its resolution. I'm not giving away anything important if I reveal that we never find out what happened during the alleged assault because both partners were too drunk to remember. Once that becomes clear, ``Body Shots'' shifts from a provocative look at what we talk about when we talk about sex to a movie that, like most drunken ramblings, has no point.
