chemistry. This second version, released in 1946, is the one watched and admired all these years. The DVD also contains a documentary analyzing the two versions.

In &uot;Key Largo,&uot; Bogart plays a war veteran who travels to Florida where he tangles with Edward G. Robinson as Johnny Rocco, a tough mobster holding hotel guests captive during a tropical storm. Director John Huston and Richard Brooks, later a major filmmaker himself, co-wrote the screenplay based on Maxwell Anderson's Broadway hit. The top-notch cast also features Lauren Bacall, Lionel Barrymore, Thomas Gomez and Claire Trevor, who won an Oscar as Best Supporting Actress as Robinson's boozy moll.

Bogart and Bacall

Bogart and Bacall's unique chemistry will be showcased in the VHS &uot;Bogart &Bacall Collection,&uot; available for a limited time only and priced at $59.92 SRP. The four-volume boxed set includes &uot; The Big Sleep Theatrical Release Version,&uot; &uot;Dark Passage,&uot; &uot;Key Largo&uot; and &uot;To Have and Have Not&uot; -- as well as a free bonus documentary, &uot;Bacall on Bogart.&uot; This loving remembrance, hosted by the woman who shared Bogart's life, includes a rich array of insider material -- color home movies, interviews with Bogart collaborators (among them Katharine Hepburn, Ingrid Bergman and John Huston) and more.

A comprehensive new &uot;Humphrey Bogart Collection&uot; Web site, www.bogartfilms.com is scheduled to debut Feb. 11. Visitors will find detailed information about Bogart's films and his career, as well as posters, stills, trivia, a downloadable Bogart screensaver and more. A unique feature of the site will allow anyone to share memories of Bogart and his films and a selection of the best will be posted.
