The panel event was broadcast live on June 15th. Six Northeast Ohio (NEOhio) leaders commanded a portion of the webcast to address the critical needs for our region to ensure sustainable success.

"We assembled an impressive group of leaders for this panel; the level of their expertise and commitment to the region was clear to the audience."

Early in the interactive webcast, viewers responded to the online question, "In your opinion, what is the biggest challenge facing NEOhio?" Overwhelmingly, participants selected "Jobs & Economic viability" followed closely by "The need to market NEOhio to the rest of the world" as being the most important issues for our region to address.

Virtually every presenter detailed their organizations' plans to take future communications outside NEOhio in order to attract new businesses, jobs and residents to our region.

"We look for the obstacles and barriers to growth that we can help work with our partners to alleviate, so that they can continue to expand and take advantage of the workforce and quality of life and so on," said Bob Farley, president of TeamNEO.

The close of the event detailed an additional communication vehicle for NEOhio's success, a publication called Northeast Ohio Works. The publication, a supplement that has run with Expansion Management the past couple years, promotes expansion and economic development in NEOhio. According to according to
