Beginning April 14, 2000, a new band enters the spotlight -- "US 1 - The Band."

"US 1 - The Band" will be headed by the seasoned musician, Wayne Davis Wayne Elliot Davis (born July 17, 1963 in Cincinnati, Ohio) was an American football cornerback in the NFL for the San Diego Chargers, the Buffalo Bills, and the Washington Redskins. He played college football for Indiana State University. . Davis has played with the best: Donna Fargo, the early Moody Blues, Sammy Davis Sammy Davis may refer to:

"US 1 - The Band" will perform blues, country and rock music in many South Florida venues. Davis said he was really itching to get back into the entertainment field again, after spending the last 15 years working for the National Federation of the Blind The National Federation of the Blind (NFB) is an organization of blind people in the United States. It is the oldest and most likely largest national organization to be led by blind people. Its national headquarters are in Baltimore, Maryland. .
