Music industry veterans Jerry Brenner (Chief Executive Officer, The Jerry Brenner Group) and entertainment attorney Albie Cullen have announced the formation of a new Internet record and music promotion company, SportsSound, Inc., and that SportsLine USA, Inc., (Nasdaq:SPLN SPLN Spline ), publisher of CBS (Cell Broadcast Service) See cell broadcast.  SportsLine (http://cbs.sportsline.com), has acquired a minority interest in SportsSound.
