``Mom at Sixteen'' and ``Too Young to Be a Dad'' Two Powerful Lifetime Original Movies Now Available on DVD From Warner Home Video; 2-Disc Double Feature DVD Available in Stores November 8.

BURBANK, Calif. -- The heart-wrenching reality of teen parenthood is the focus of two frank and poignant Lifetime Original Movies, "Mom at Sixteen" and "Too Young to Be a Dad," scheduled for release as a double feature DVD by Warner Home Video (WHV) November 8, 2005.

The double feature will include two discs in one package and will retail for $19.98 (SRP).

Homework, the prom and getting a driver's license are problems often confronted by most teenagers. But for Jacey Jeffries and Matt Freeman, the teens featured in "Mom at Sixteen" and "Too Young to Be a Dad," their daily worries revolve around babies, not schoolwork.

"Mom at Sixteen," starring Danielle Panabaker ("Empire Falls"), tells the story of Jacey Jeffries (Panabaker), a high school junior with a secret: her infant brother is really her son. Academy-Award(R) winning actress Mercedes Ruehl ("The Fisher King," "Married to the Mob") stars as Jacey's well-meaning mother and Jane Krakowski ("Ally McBeal") portrays Donna Cooper, the guidance counselor who discovers Jacey's secret and tries to help her.

A young man's perspective of parenthood sets the stage for "Too Young to Be a Dad," the second drama included in this DVD double feature. Paul Franklin Dano ("The Ballad of Jack and Rose") stars as Matt Freeman, a quiet honor student who is emotionally torn by his sense of responsibility, his once-shining future and his family's pain. After deciding with his pregnant girlfriend to give their baby up for adoption, Matt begins to have second thoughts. Kathy Baker ("13 Going on 30") and Bruce Davison ("Runaway Jury," "X2") also star in this moving family drama.

The release of "Mom at Sixteen" and "Too Young to Be a Dad" marks the first time that both features will be available on home video. Additionally, both films will be re-broadcast by Lifetime and Lifetime Movie Network close to the release date of the DVDs. WHV will promote the debut of "Mom at Sixteen" and "Too Young to Be a Dad" with a consumer national television advertising campaign.

The Lifetime Network receives solid ratings for showcasing programs that are heartfelt, entertaining, original and true to life.
