Star Sandra Bullock received the nomination for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy, and the film's featured song, "One in a Million," with music and lyrics by Bosson, is among those selected for Best Original Song in a Motion Picture. Nominations were announced this morning by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. The film, also produced by Bullock, will be released nationwide this Friday, Dec. 22. "Miss Congeniality" tells the story of an unrefined FBI agent who goes undercover as a contestant in the Miss United States The Miss United States pageant is a beauty contest held in the United States for young women between the ages of 19-28 and has been held every year since 2001.
