``Guster On Ice'': Live CD+DVD Features Special Enhancements; Spring & Summer Tour Dates Announced.

Guster, the Boston-based trio who has earned a fervent national following through near-constant touring and a series of innovative recordings, will release "Guster On Ice" May 18th on Palm Pictures/Reprise Records. The CD+DVD DVD: see digital versatile disc.

In addition to the release of its live CD+DVD, Guster will kick off a tour of college campuses nationwide, spending a week opening for the Dave Matthews Band in August. Furthermore, the band will appear at Tennessee's popular Bonnaroo Music Festival in June. The new itinerary comes on the heels of an extensive round of touring earlier this year, including both headlining dates and opening dates for John Mayer.

Comprised of Ryan Miller (guitar, vocals), Adam Gardner (guitar, vocals) and Brian Rosenworcel (percussion), Guster has garnered critical and popular acclaim with its galvanizing galvanizing, process of coating a metal, usually iron or steel, with a protective covering of zinc. Galvanized iron is prepared either by dipping iron, from which rust has been removed by the action of sulfuric acid, into molten zinc so that a thin layer of the zinc  live show and a series of groundbreaking albums, including 1994's "Parachute," 1996's "Goldfly," 1999's "Lost And Gone Forever" and its Reprise Records 2003 debut, "Keep It Together."
