The project pays tribute to his favorite artists and songs of the 90's including Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots Stone Temple Pilots (abbreviated STP) was a popular Grammy Award-winning American hard rock band in the 1990s and early 2000s, consisting of Scott Weiland (vocals), brothers Robert (bass guitar, vocals) and Dean DeLeo (guitar), and Eric Kretz (drums, percussion).  and Alice In Chains among others, and features an All-Star line up of backing musicians and special guests including Mike Inez, novelist Stephen King and heavyweight session players Kenny Aronoff, Tim Pierce (Eric Clapton, Bruce Springsteen), Leland Sklar (James Taylor, Jackson Browne) and Mike Landau (Bob Dylan, Bonnie Raitt). Arroyo's Red Sox co-champs also get in the team spirit with featured cameos by Johnny Damon, Kevin Youkilis, Lenny DiNardo and General Manager Theo Epstein.
