``Captain Stubing'' Welcomes Original ``Love Boat'' to New York; Pacific Princess Begins Inaugural Bermuda Season with Weekly Cruises from New York.

Suited for the occasion in his captain's hat and Bermuda shorts, MacLeod will return to the ship which he helped to make famous during the long-running television series, "The Love Boat." As Captain Merrill Stubing, MacLeod welcomed numerous stars aboard Pacific Princess, while introducing millions of viewers to the concept of a contemporary cruise vacation. Today, "The Love Boat" has been translated into more than 29 different languages, and is syndicated to more than 93 countries.

This season, Pacific Princess will offer a total of 25 sailings roundtrip from the Big Apple each Sunday through October 22, providing her guests with the cruise industry's most unique Bermuda island itinerary.
