Free Unified Messaging Services to Give eAttorney.com's More Than

60,000 Users Extended Communications Capabilities

eAttorney.com, a full-service portal and provider of recruitment solutions for law students and legal professionals, announced today a partnership with onebox.com, the next generation Internet communications company, to enhance their site's functionality with onebox.com's free phone, fax and e-mail messaging services.

Under the terms of the two-year agreement, onebox.com will be the exclusive provider to eAttorney.com of unified messaging services. A co-branded Web site accessible through the "My eAttorney" section of the legal portal will enable users to receive, review and organize all their voice, fax and email messages in one convenient place. eAttorney.com visitors will also be able to take advantage of onebox.com's cutting-edge voice-in-email technology, giving them added functionality. The new service will be available to anyone who logs onto the site and registers.

eAttorney.com users will be able to set up a onebox.com local telephone number, a private extension and an e-mail address through which they can receive an unlimited number of voicemail, faxes and email at no charge. Additionally, eAttorney.com users will receive free e-mail service that includes several convenient features, such as an address book that is automatically updated based on messages received. onebox.com also features Web-based recording of voicemail -- allowing users to reply in their own voice to an e-mail, forwarding of voicemail messages to anyone on the Internet, and the ability to incorporate existing e-mail addresses. State-of-the-art technology allows users to send and check voicemail messages over the Internet eliminating long-distance charges.

Other services in development include: alumni outreach services, continuing legal education (CLE), legal research capabilities, e-filing, legal newswire, network security for law firms, interactive events, chat room and message board for legal professionals, financial and consumer financial services, daily news, weather and sports, e-commerce offerings for travel and major purchases (like auto and home furnishings), and a billable hours system.

eAttorney's portal currently has more than 60,000 constant users of its Internet-based on-campus recruiting service, including 36 law schools and 300 law firms, as well as 25,000 attorneys using its lateral job search solutions. There are more than 900,000 attorneys and 1.8 million paralegals in over 56,500 law firms in the United States. Additionally, there is an average of 120,000 law students at any given time. In the month of November, eAttorney.com had 925,790 hits.
