TESSCO Technologies Incorporated to Market WaveRider's

NCL Products Through More Than 4,000 VARs

WaveRider Communications Inc. (NASDAQ:WAVC)(Frankfurt:WVR.FSE), a leading global provider of fixed wireless Internet access products, today announced it has finalized an agreement with TESSCO Technologies Incorporated to be a supplier of WaveRider's NCL products to customers throughout Canada and the United States.

TESSCO, an ISO 9002 registered company, will include WaveRider's NCL family of wireless bridge/routers in its solution portfolio offering technical support services and customized solution and logistics support to its customers who purchase NCL products through its distribution channels. In addition, TESSCO will market WaveRider's NCL products through its network of more than 4,000 Dealer Value Added Resellers (VARs), including 60 system integrators, as part of its overall product marketing activities.
